Introducing Read Your Way
19 May 2026
Large print has long been associated with one type of reader, however our research tells a different story.
Around 1 in 5 people in the UK may struggle with standard print. That includes dyslexic readers, readers with ADHD, autistic readers, adult literacy learners, people who read in English as an additional language, and the millions living with sight loss that can't be fully corrected. It also includes anyone whose eyes and focus are tired from a day of screens.
In partnership with The Reading Agency, Read Your Way will invite library readers to pick up a large print title, notice if it changes their reading experience, and share what they find.
There's more to large print than meets the eye. Find out at ulverscroft.com/readyourway.
